Program: "Checklists, Templates, and Frameworks for Project Managers"
PDU Info: Session #C166-P118170. PMPs earn 1 PDU in new Category A
Synopsis:
Simplifying the project management process, without losing the rigor that helps assure project success,
is a challenge facing those trying to communicate project management to team members or other project managers.
Checklists, templates, and frameworks are a means to connect the expert with the novice. The talk will explore: what
makes a good checklist, what templates are available for project managers, how frameworks extend into organizational
issues, and how Bank of Hawaii is developing standard processes, policies, tools and templates for effective management
and improvement of business processes across the enterprise.
