Voting to approve / reject PMI Honolulu's revised Bylaws is open and will close on Thursday July 1st.  If you are a member, you received (or soon will receive) an email from Anne Jenemann from PMI with the URL link to the voting site along with a username and password.  Instructions are provided at the voting site.
