Speaker Biography:

Stacy will be celebrating her 17th anniversary with Intuit this year and has been in project management for approximately twelve of those years. Formal training includes Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile and PMI. The projects she has led span across the enterprise but are primarily focused on Intuit's Small Business ecosystem. She has launched initiatives in the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UK, India, Brazil and France.

Synopsis:

Effective communication is a key success factor on all projects. Working as a program manager in a 100% virtual environment as a remote employee for the past 6 years, Stacy will share the skills and methodology employed to be effective in a job working across multiple geographies with cross-functional teams. She will share what it means to be a successful remote employee and the benefits companies can see leveraging a remote workforce.
