2021 PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter Board of Directors Nominations

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS OPENS SEPTEMBER 1 - 20, 2020

Nominations deadline is Sunday, September 20, 2020!

PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter is seeking nominations for its upcoming elections for Board of Directors 2021.

Nominator must be a current PMIHNL chapter member.

Nominee must be a current PMIHNL chapter member at time of nomination and maintain good standing throughout the election process to remain on the ballot.

Nominees must accept nomination to be considered a candidate for that office.

A member may submit more than one nomination.

A member may nominate his or herself for any open position.

Instructions:

• Go to Nomination Form
• Complete the form and submit
• Once a nomination form is received, the Nominee will be contacted to accept or refuse the nomination
• If Nominee accepts nomination, a nomination application will be provided for nominee to complete by September 27, 2020

2021 Vacancies (select position to read job description):

• Vice President 2021 / President Elect 2022 (1 year/1 year, voting member)
• Communications Director (2 year term, voting member)
• Membership Director (2 year term, voting member)
• Special Projects Director (2 year term, voting member)

Election Timeline:

• September 1 - 20: Call for Nominations
• October 1 - 16: Elections
• November 13: Installation of 2021 BOD during the PMI Honolulu Virtual Annual Dinner unless held separately due to COVID 19 virtual meeting challenges
