2022 PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter Board of Directors Nominations

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS OPENS SEPTEMBER 1 - 20, 2021

Nominations deadline is Monday, September 20, 2021 - submit your nominations today!

PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter is seeking nominations for its upcoming elections for Board of Directors 2022.

Nominator must be a current PMIHNL chapter member.

Nominee must be a current PMIHNL chapter member at time of nomination and maintain good standing throughout the election process to remain on the ballot.

Nominees must accept nomination to be considered a candidate for that office.

A member may submit more than one nomination.

A member may nominate his or herself for any open position.

Instructions for nominations:

• Send an email to Yoh Kawanami, Past President at PastPresident@pmihnl.org with the following information:
  • List the position(s) this nomination is for
  • Nominee name by position and contact information
    • Name, email, PMI member # (if available), phone number
  • Your contact information
    • Name, email, PMI member # (if available), phone number
• Once a nomination email is received, the Nominee will be contacted to accept or refuse the nomination
• If Nominee accepts nomination, a nomination application will be provided for nominee

• Vice President 2022 / President Elect 2023 (1 year/1 year, voting member)
• Finance Director (2 year term, voting member)
• Professional Development (2 year term, voting member)
• Program Director (2 year term, voting member)
• Publicity Director (2 year term, voting member)
• Special Projects Director (1 year term)

Election Timeline:

• September 1 - 20: Call for Nominations
• October 1 - 16: Elections
• November 12: Installation of 2022 BOD during the PMI Annual Dinner
