Our normally scheduled 2022 Election will be delayed until the first quarter of 2023. Our current Board of Directors will remain in place or we will enable short-term appointments as needed. This will provide adequate time for PMI Global to review our updated ByLaws, initiate realignment of the Board of Directors, provide the mandated 45-day period for chapter membership review and ratification, and prepare for the Election cycle. We will announce and publish the ByLaws on our portal for membership review when completed.
