Speaker Biography:

Steve Blash holds PMP®, PMI-ACP, and DASSM certifications from PMI with extensive project management experience managing all aspects of large complex projects.  His areas of expertise include strategic business alignment, business requirements analysis, business process improvement, business intelligence, and system development methods.  Steve is a past president for PMI® Las Vegas (PMI-SNC).  He has spoken on project management for various PMI chapters and organizations including previous PMI-HNL events.

Description:

There are two key roles on the projects when ensuring that the requirements to deliver a success solution are understood. Both the PM and the BA work together with the stakeholders to understand and prioritize the solution requirements.

This presentation will look at the separate activities during a project for the two roles as they collaborate on this critical portion of the project.
