2020 NHOA Business Summit

The 2020 NHOA Small Business Summit is a 2-day event on the island of O`ahu and is Hawai`i's premier event focused exclusively on business, legal, and legislative issues relevant to all small businesses in the federal contracting industry.  PMIHNL will be participating as an exhibitor at the event as well as conducting a 4-hour Introduction to Project Management course for NHOA members.

The focus of the Small Business Summit is on business, legal, and legislative issues relevant to all small businesses in the federal contracting industry, including 8(a), NHOs, HUBZone, WOSB/EDWOSB, SDVOSB-certified companies, as well other small and large federal contractors. Business Summit attendees will gain valuable knowledge, insight and practical tips for working with the Federal government. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to network with other businesses, government representatives, and a variety of subject matter experts, as well as learn about available resources to help with growing your federal contracting line of business.

Whether you are considering entering the federal marketplace or are an established federal contractor, this is an event you certainly don't want to miss!

PMI Honolulu, Hawaii Chapter representatives will be exhibiting at a table distributing materials, answering questions about the chapter and certifications, and collecting sign-ups for an Introduction to Project Management course we'll be conducting for NHOA attendees.

The Introduction to Project Management course is a one-day 4-hour session designed for businesses to learn the basics of project management. This specific course will be held at an NHOA hosted facility exclusively for NHOA members. Instructors are our very own chapter members! This program is part of our Non-Profit support for the community.
