Speakers' Bios
Lauren Estimada:
Lauren has been with TEKsystems Hawaii for ten years in various roles ranging from recruiting to sales management. She is currently the Director of Business Operations for the Hawaii market specializing in oversight of business execution, building and strengthening the Hawaii team, driving an inclusive culture, developing future leaders and helping to progress specialization in the market. In her personal time, Lauren loves to hike with her two huskies, Koopa and Kylo, and travelling to new locations with her husband, Glenn.
Rylee Chapman:
Is a Lead Applications Recruiter with TEKsystems Hawaii. She specializes in functional recruitment, serving as a strategic partner to most of Hawaii’s top Project Managers. She also helps train and coach new recruiters in the market. When she’s not recruiting, Rylee enjoys longboarding the South Shore with her husband, Mana, or finding the newest spot for a fancy craft-cocktail.
Josh Davis:
Josh joined TEKsystems as an Applications Recruiter in June 2021. He specialization is in functional applications roles with a focus on Project Management. He enjoys understanding the skills, goals, and interests of his candidates and consultants to help them achieve their career objectives. In his free time, Josh likes to surf and fish all across Oahu.
