Description:

With numerous industries being disrupted by Artificial Intelligence and Automation, it's critical to leverage this high impact technology for general project delivery. On another side, it's imperative to be prepared in handling AI-focused projects with the AI lifecycle frameworks.

At the centre of these two divides, PM's should have a strong pulse on these concepts and how to maximize this understanding for a hyper-performance.

With "Doping Project management with AI & Automation", the concept of AI and cognitive technologies will be broken down for easy understanding. With this knowledge, the importance of enhancing project management processes will be discussed. It's equally important to have direction on what to do right on with the exposure. Hence, tools to implement automation will be discussed.

Together this combines an agile, yet-simple and data-centric approach that extends Artificial Intelligence into existing Project Management Body of Knowledge and vice-versa.

Summarised below are the take-aways to be expected:

1. AI & Automation as primary in the Industry 4.0
2. Understanding AI Systems
3. Future of Project Management
4. AI for Project Management
5. Automation Tools to start using for PM
6. Initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects with AI
