PMI Honolulu Annual Meeting - Engage 2022

PMI Honolulu will host its annual meeting event during PDU Engage 2022 - this will be our first in-person general membership meeting in almost 3 years.

Date: Monday, December 5, 2022, 11:30am - 1:30pm

Location: Ala Moana Hotel, 410 Atkinson Dr, Honolulu, HI 96814 (Map), Hibuscus I and II ballrooms on the 2nd floor

Agenda: 

• Welcome and Year in Review by PMI Honolulu President, Yovo Stefanov
• Look into 2023 and beyond by PMI Honolulu Vice President, Danny Morton, including first reveal of our new logo and new chapter name
• Presentation of the Project of the Year Award (POTY)
• Presentaiton of the Project Manager of the Year Award (PMOTY)
• Establishment of the PMI Hawaii Chapter Hall of Fame
• Keynote session with Rusty Komori: author, TV host, Executive Coach, Tennis Pro and Motivational Speaker. 1 Power Skills (fka Leadership) PDU- to be auto-reported for all PMI Honolulu chapter members

Registration Fees Include: 

The Annual Meeting registration fee includes lunch (buffet style), annual meeting attendance and keynote speaker sesssion with Rusty Komori.

The Annual Meeting attendance is included in the registration fees for the full day PDD Engage 2022.  PDD registrants do NOT need to register for the annual meeting separately- this registration is for attendees of the annual meeting 11:30-1:30pm only.  For more information about the full-day PDD Engage 2022, visit: www.pmihnl.org/2022-pdd 

Fee Schedule:  

$45.00 PMIHNL Chapter Member Admission (inclusive of all taxes and fees)

$50.00 General Admission (Non-PMI-HNL Member) (inclusive of all taxes and fees)

$30.00 Student Rate - PMIHNL Chapter Member, Student discounted price will be reflected automatically (inclusive of all taxes and fees).

General Policies: 
PDU reporting:  This event will be an AUTO-REPORTED PDU event.  Door scanners will be assigned to each session to scan attendees' badge and automatically report the PDU credit.  Please ensure your badge is scanned for each session you attend.  

Policy for No-Shows: The PMI Honolulu Chapter may be held to a confirmed head count and must pay the venue for such confirmations.  If you have registered but do not attend, your registration fee is non-refundable. 

Policy for Cancellations: No cancellations or refunds permitted after December 1, 2022, including registration fees paid during that period.

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by December 1, 2022 via email at SpecialProjects@pmihnl.org. No refunds will be issued after this date. 

Registrant Cancellation Requests, No-Shows, and Refunds:  This PDD event requires confirmed headcount at varying intervals with the host venue in order for the Chapter to secure negotiated pricing.  Therefore, cancellation requests must be received from the registrant via email on or before December 1, 2022 at 11:59 pm HST at SpecialProjects@pmihnl.org.  Cancellation requests eligible for a refund shall not be issued until after the event and may incur an administrative fee up to and including the full amount of the registration.  Registrations are non-transferable.  Requests for refunds which are received after the stated deadline will be declined.  Registrants who pay but fail to attend (No-Show) will be unable to receive a refund.

Note: Cancellation requests eligible for a refund may incur a fee up to the cost of the registration, per registrant, to cover administrative costs.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images:  By registering and/or attending this event, each registrant/attendee agrees to allow PMI Honolulu to use and distribute, now and in the future, the registrant's/attendee's image and voice, whether in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, etc., for the promotion of the event and Chapter.
