Speaker Bio:
As a father of twelve-year-old triplet daughters Matt Jones relies on his Project Management skills and Agile methodology to navigate the world of business, sports, homework, school activities, and life in general. Matt holds a BA in Religion from Missouri Baptist University and an MBA from Fontebonne University. He has over 13 years experience managing multiple projects, operations, and vendors for high-volume and high-growth organizations. Matt joined the Project Management community in 2017 by receiving his PMP certification, and in the theme of continuous improvement obtained his CSM certification in 2019. In his free time Matt enjoys fencing, paddle boarding, reading, and gaming.
Amy Martens holds an MBA from Saint Louis University and MA in Biology from Washington University. She has over 22 years of business management and leadership experience at Bayer Crop Science. Her competencies include program & project management, strategic planning, continuous improvement and talent development. In October 2019, she gained her PMP certification, joined the PMI-HNL chapter and begun volunteering on the Communications Committee. Amy loves spending time with her family, golfing and enjoying the beaches.
