Topic Description: Every wondered why some companies succeed and others don’t.  Is there a proven way to improve organizations? The Malcom Baldrige framework is a management framework that has proven to be highly effective.  Come and find out what it is and how it works.

Speaker Bio: Lance Tachino is currently the Director of Performance Excellence for HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union.  He is responsible for leading the organizational transformation for high performance utilizing the Malcom Baldrige improvement framework.  He is also the Chair for the American Society for Quality, Hawaii Section. He holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Improvement Associate  (CQIA), Business Analysis certification and Senior Leadership credentials. He has worked as a Senior Project Manager and Portfolio Manager for over 30 years. Lance worked at Kamehameha Schools for 28 years in both the Project Management Office and as an IT manager.
