Speaker Bio: Colin D Ellis is an award-winning international speaker, best-selling author and renowned project management and culture change expert who works with organizations around the world to help them transform the way they get things done.

He has over 20 years of project leadership experience rising from the ranks of project manager to head up large private sector and government departments in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Colin now shares that knowledge through his books and his talks. His is the #1 best-selling author of The Project Book and his latest book Culture Fix: How to Create a Great Place to Work was released at the end of 2019. He is also a founding faculty member of The PM Tribe.

He peppers his presentations with anecdotes, statistics, practical insights and plenty of humor to ensure that audiences are engaged and laughing! He gets people talking through his emphasis on people being the best version of themselves and creating teams they can be proud of.

Colin is originally from Liverpool in the UK and now lives in Melbourne, Australia, where he is known for his snappy dressing and love of karaoke!
