On many projects there are limited resources and the role of the PM and BA are played by a single individual. Often the knowledge and skills required are similar but each role carries with it some specialized tools and techniques that enhance the successful delivery of the solution.

This presentation will present the activities normally performed by a PM and/or a BA, and some of the critical tools, techniques and skills that an individual assigned this dual role should possess.
