Topic Summary 

This PMI Talk Story Session will provide an overview of different agile frameworks.  The presenters will share use case stories from their experience with agile. We will share some of the tools we’ve used and challenges we’ve faced.  We hope others in the audience can share their thoughts and experiences with our community during this interactive session.

Speaker Bio

Stephanie has been a project manager and member of PMI Honolulu for over fifteen years. Currently she is serving as the Scrum Master for the Customer Experience Project that is utilizing scrum and agile tools at Servco as they look at improving customer engagement for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Patrick is a certified scrum master. At Servco, he is responsible for designing and implementing improved use technology, document requirements such as "as is" and "to be" processes and user stories for process improvement efforts.  Prior to joining Servco he was at First Insurance where he was the administrator for Jira and Confluence and was part of the team that transformed the company into an Agile workplace.

PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter hosts a free virtual roundtable PM talk monthly. New topics will be offered each month and registered attendees will receive 1 PDU.  Participants are welcome to suggest topics to introduce.
