Topic Summary
Even though we know the official definition of Program Management, many project managers hold the title of program manager, or are managing a “program”. There are a number of activities that are part Program Management that should be considered by every project manager, regardless of the effort they are managing. These activities and concepts will be presented to help expand the knowledge and skills that can be applied to help deliver a successful result.
Speaker Bio
Greta Blash is a certified PMI Program (PgMP®) and Project Manager Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience as an executive and consulting IT professional, both domestically and international. Her areas of experience include Program Management, Project Management, Agile/Scrum, CRM, Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence and Application System Development.
Greta is certified as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), and as a PMI Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA®) and has taught certification courses worldwide for the last 12 years. She has also served as V.P. of Education and Programs for at the PMI Southern Nevada Chapter (PMI-SNC), and Director of Military Outreach for PMI-SD, PMI-OC, PMI-LA and PMICIE. She has held various SME roles supporting PMI Region 7 since 2012.
