More about this month's topic:  Project Scope Management. Section 5 in the PMBOK. But it may as well be Section five hundred and fifty-five if you get hives trying to wrap your head around what it even means. Well, here’s your way onto the Super Bridge of Understanding. That’s right, it’s “Scope and Scoping SBU” where you’ll not only learn the 8 steps to successfully seeing your way through Section 5.1, but soon realize that if you can get that part right, the rest of Project Scope Management will suddenly flow from the Fount of Wisdom you’ve created in your Scope Management Plan and you’ll be dubbed the Miracle Worker PM you already know you are! Join me for an interactive four hours where you get to do all the work while I watch, nod and smile. Wait a minute…
