- Assess how the practice of Servant Leadership will enhance your effectiveness as a leader
- Identify one element of Servant Leadership you want to improve
Speaker Bio: Gabriela has more than 13 years of Project Management experience in IT experience in disparate industry sectors, including Education, Healthcare and Semiconductors. She started her career as an electrical engineer specializing in Failure Analysis and Quality Assurance. In this role, she quickly developed a passion for leading high speed, high performing teams to deliver results and surpass customer needs. After completing her Engineering Management Masters at Tufts University, she became a full-time Program Manager and hasn’t looked back. Gabriela is PMP and CBAP-certified, and currently works at AMTRAK in Washington, DC. Gabriela is also a recent alumni from PMI's Leadership Institute Master Class program, and is a past PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter Special Projects Director planning, leading, and executing two PDDs for the chapter.
