Scott  Ruppel serves as President of Koa Design and Construction Group. Scott has over 25 years of project management experience in construction projects in the Pacific Basin and North America. Mr. Ruppel has served as a key member on both heavy civil and build projects ranging from 100K to 5.2 billion dollars, including the Honolulu Rail Project.
