Speaker Bio: Chris Cunningham is the Hazard Mitigation & Long-Term Disaster Recovery Program Manager for the City & County of Honolulu Office of Climate Change, Sustainability & Resiliency. Chris’ prior experience includes both state and federal disaster recovery work for eleven federally-declared disasters ranging from hurricanes to wildfires. Chris is a 2009 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law.
