PMI Honolulu, Hawaii Chapter is the local chapter of a global certifying organization Project Management Institute. We're conducting a free course for non-profits to help increase their chances of project success and minimize frustrations. Introduction to Project Management includes principles, fundamentals, processes, and documentation. Major takeaways include better communication, managing expectations, working as a team, and increased planning.

Meet the instructor: Timo Fuhrmann, MBA, PMP
Timo Fuhrmann has 15+ years of business/project management experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Packaged Gas Distribution, IT and Banking environments. Timo is an active member in the Honolulu Chapter of PMI. He supports the chapter as a volunteer for the PMP prep classes, the Professional Development Day and workshops, such as the “Intro to Project Management”.
