Speaker Bios: 

Founder & CEO of Arcari Solutions LLC, a woman-owned, bespoke project management consultancy specializing in PMO design and implementation utilizing citizen developed automation solutions to optimize PMO value and ensure enterprise strategic portfolio delivery.

Sarina led enterprise PMOs for large corporations and emerging start-ups alike. An award-winning transformation executive, she achieved strategic governance and tactical delivery successes leading multibillion-dollar capital infrastructure and strategic growth portfolios. Recognized for building high performing organizations known for exceeding customer expectations, she is highly sought after to guide organizations through major enterprise transformations.

An active member and volunteer for the Project Management Institute since 2006, she currently serves on the Certification Governance Council, a support committee of the PMI Global Board of Directors. She is a 2015 Leadership Institute Master Class Graduate and 2018 LIMC Advisor, served on the Hampton Roads Chapter Board, Board of Directors Nominating Committee, and the Organizational Products and Markets Advisory Council. She is a frequent presenter at PMI live events and is especially involved with the PMO Symposium where she has presented sold out workshops and live learning excursions focused on the unique playbook for PMO Mastery that she has developed over the course of her career.

Recently featured in Forbes Magazine for innovative Citizen Developed PMO Solutions she employed; she is also the recipient of several awards for project management and PMO excellence including 2014 PMI PMO of the Year Award and 2015 PMI Kerzner Award for Excellence in Project Management and was a short-listed finalist for the 2018 Hamdan Bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Program Management in Dubai UAE.

Raised in the US, Europe, the Pacific Islands, and the Middle East, she holds a BS in Marketing and MS in Program and Project Management and is a certified SCUBA Master Diver and Master Gardener.
