Event Description:

High Performance Systems, Inc., a Microsoft Partner, will be hosting a workshop about Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft Planner – two of the best Office 365 applications for project management. In this workshop, we will use a fictitious company and discover how OneNote and Planner can be utilized for a more effective information management and promote seamless workflow. Topics included are:

  1. Fundamentals of Microsoft OneNote such as creating notebooks, sections, pages, formatting
  2. Ink features and many more
  3. Fundamentals of Microsoft Planner such as app navigation, creating buckets to organize tasks, assigning tasks, and many more

OneNote is your digital notebook – a place for you to write, draw, and record your ideas.  Collaborate with others by sharing your notebooks in their entirety or just a few pages.  All without tearing those sheets out of your spiral paper pad!

Planner allows you to organize and assign tasks to others, share files, and get updates on progress.  It is easy to use and provides visual tools to see who is working on what.

OneNote is available as part of Microsoft Office and Windows 10.  Planner is available as part of the Office 365 subscription.

High Performance Systems, Inc. is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has been serving clients in Hawaii and Pacific region for over 25 years.  HPSI provides IT Solutions and technical consulting for system that are on-premises, hybrid-cloud, or fully cloud-centric.
