Speaker Biography: 

Neil Ihde is a speaker, lecturer, consultant and founder of Life IQ where he motivates groups and individuals to work, play, relate and live intelligently. He has worked with numerous managers, directors, corporate leaders, and teams to improve their personal and professional effectiveness.

Neil is a personality expert and has achieved the prestigious title of Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. A Master Practitioner MBTI® Consultant has demonstrated their expertise through a volume of client contact hours and additional training and workshops. Neil has been an author and contributor to the Myers-Briggs ICON® (Independent Consultant) website. He was also hand-picked to be a featured expert on Myers-Briggs Thinkbox® website, where his instructional Myers-Briggs® videos are viewed by thousands. 

Neil is the co-author of the book “When Would Now Be A Good Time?” and was recently a personality consultant to Woman’s World magazine.

Description:

Project management is essentially people management...managing people managing a project. And homo sapiens come to the table with different personalities, perspectives, and motivations. But there are proven hacks and techniques to deal with the inherent variabilities of human behavior to ensure effective lifecycle and performance management. We will walk through a case study of a masterful project manager and how he influenced peak performance throughout the project, highlighting the key motivational and informational needs at the initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases.
