PMI Honolulu Breakfast Roundtable
Topic: Tools of the Trade - Favorite Tools and Techniques to Share
Speaker: Various
Date: August 11, 2021 @ 7:00 - 8:00am
Topic Description: As a Project Manager, have you run into a situation where a decision needs to be made and you feel like you're going in circles? Perhaps there's already been a series of emails, meetings, and conversations and you're still looking for a decision. Look no further than the "Decision Document". It's a simple template that I've been using and refining through the years and has helped in many situations to "stop the spinning". This tool brings clarity and transparency to decision making and enables stakeholders and project activities to advance forward.
Do you have a favorite tool or technique that has served you well? If so, please consider joining me and sharing at this breakfast roundtable! You'll have 5 minutes to share your tool/technique follwed by time for Q&A. If you have a tool or technique that you'd like to share, please email Erin at Programs@pmihnl.org on or before Friday, July 30th to be added as a presenter. Let's share and learn from each other!
